Return Policy

Our warranty period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing. There are some products that cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not returnable. Additionally, we do not accept things that are dangerous, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or hygienic goods.

– A book that is clearly used.

– An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, piece of software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.

– Any item that is damaged, defective, or missing parts for causes other than our mistake.

– Any item returned after the 30-day delivery window has passed

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return. Please don’t return your purchase to the merchant. If appropriate, there are several circumstances in which only partial refunds are given:

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

MISSING OR LATE REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Check your bank account one more time still if you haven’t gotten a return yet.  Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please email us at support (kim@take3jewels.com) if you’ve done all of this and you still have not gotten your refund.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (kim@take3jewels.com) and send your item to: (kim@take3jewels.com). 

 

SHIPPING FOR RETURN ITEM

Send your product back to (kim@take3jewels.com) by mail if you want to exchange it. Your own shipping charges for returning your goods are your responsibility. There is no reimbursement for shipping fees. If you get a refund, the return shipping charges will be subtracted from your total.

The amount of time it takes for the replaced item to arrive at your location may vary. Kindly consider utilizing a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance if you are sending an item that costs more than $75. We cannot assure you that we will get your returned goods if not tracked or insured
