Do I need an account to place an order?

No, a guest could also place an order. But if you have an account with us, you can benefit from the following:

  1. rapid checkout
  2. View your order status and order history conveniently.
  3. Get notifications about our latest releases and exclusive offers.
What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments using PayPal and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX).

My online order: How safe is it?

Your entire set of information is submitted into an SSL secure web page when making an online purchase with a credit card. The network of our credit card provider receives your information once it has been SSL-encrypted, and your card and transaction are then accepted. We do not keep a copy of your credit card information on our systems.

Are there any exchange rates?

Our entire business is conducted in US dollars. Your order total will be determined using the daily exchange rate in effect on the date your card issuer executes the transaction if your credit card is denominated in a different currency.

How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be aware that after your item has been processed and dispatched, your mailing address cannot be changed. Please change your shipping address from your vacation address to your permanent address as we are unable to predict how long the shipment will be held by customs at the destination.

When will my shipment be delivered, and how can I track it?

The shipping method you have selected will determine how long it takes for arrival. We will email your tracking number and website once the purchase has delivered. Any delays brought on by your country’s customs service are not our fault.
